REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION BY STUDENT

If the student cancels at least 48 hours before the start of class, then there will be a full refund for that class.

TRANSFERS

If a student cannot attend a specific class or course that he/she originally was scheduled to attend, that person may transfer the money paid for the course to another date or course. There is no charge for this service. Notification must be received no later than 48 hours after class.

CANCELLATION OF CLASSES BY EDUCATED MINDS 

If Educated Minds cancels a class due to inclement weather or some other situation, then that class will be rescheduled at some future date. The student will have the option to attend a new date or receive a full refund.

If Educated Minds cancels an entire class, due to lack of enrollment or some other situation, then all fees will be refunded in full.
